Persistent skills like Fire Shield and Fortitude deal increased damage only while Ancient Fang is ready to go, and for Fortitude also. Fortitude tool tip shows the increase damage, but when you cast it the bonus is gone and ancient fang is consumed. Its also too powerful, im going to go hit a target dummy for 10,000 now with ignition :3
