This spell keeps adjusting the mana cost of my other spells even after its gone, my firebolt is usually 200'sh but with it on, its 300'sh, and afterwards its 235? Forcebind WAS 237 mana, but with the shield on its 1007 ! Then it becomes 879 ? Its quadrupling the mana cost of some things =/

I can't seem to reproduce this.
I was trying on the solo dummy, does it happen for you there? EDIT: Actually, the bug seems to be that for whatever reason, your starting SP numbers are lower than they should be. The numbers you listed after Volatile Shield wore off seem to be the correct values. We'll look into it.

so 871'ish is the correct cost for Force bind? In that case it might have something to do with Arcane Shield, reducing cost by 66%, might of gotten some spells stuck on low cost. Im in heroes respite testing it and its not reducing mana cost on next spell, at least on the tooltip.

Its gone up since I leveled o.o are these spells scaled to my mana?

Yeah, spell costs (and really most mana calculations) are based on "base mana", which increases per level.
