Ok this first 'bug' isnt so much a bug as feature that needs removed from MANY levels, and those are daily challenges that are puzzles, and do not involve your characters in any way. They dont need to give you 'warning this is over your level' messages because your level doesnt matter.
Secondly the mine cart tunnel, i tried it on 2 star and it was VERY short, maybe 15-20 seconds long, and then it kept going until i died, but i got the reward

Wow.. you're managing to clear the Nightmare raft quest, eh?
I only got about 70% through! We'll probably balance these quests based on completion curves. (I.E. try to balance them so only about 5~10% of the population can complete them).
